IPv4 full topology

Goal: Plan and document the address space for the lab topology. Configure IPs on all active ports. Assign each VPC to its own VLAN in every office. Configure management VLANs for network devices. Optimize link usage and prevent broadcast storms. Use both IPv4 and IPv6.
